Q: Don't you think all vendors selling products on Appsumo should guarantee (up time) a run of at least 24 months?

(Or 100% money back?) so at least we have some time to utilise our investment?

Q: Hi got 2 codes and loving it , 1 suggestion..

If you allow personalization of the replybutton url ( via 3 extra url columns in the contacts csv field) , then we can redirect client 1 to a personalized portal, client 2 to another and so on - It would really make this a totally different ball game.

You can now edit the reply buttons URLs but not especially for each recipient. You can edit links by clicking the 'Edit Links' button below buttons.

It's really valuable feedback. I will add it to the feature request list and discuss it with the team.

Q: Why so few emails?

This must be for tiny businesses? 300 emails per day is very low - some of our clients who are just starting out send more emails than this? We send half a million+ emails per week in comparison. So just on that basis, I think that the offer seems very limited by not offering more options (e.g. 10 with unlimited email). Also, this will only work if you let someone keep their existing email provider and integrate with theirs. The idea is great, but we can also easily create our own version of this for our own use (like an email HTML widget, which is sort of how this behaves). Therefore, this doesn't seem like such a great deal... Why the email per day restriction?

A: Hi m.castelijn,

Let me explain.

We use your email quota to send emails. You may have more limits than 300 emails per day but we don't set the limits for every user specifically. We set a limit for general daily sending limits.

300 emails limit is the ideal limit with expecting to send 150 auto-replies on the same day.
For example, you have 500 email limits per day. If you send 500 emails in a day and set auto-replies according to replies you get, they will not be sent because of exceeding the quota.

If you are sending 500k emails weekly, Replybutton is not a good fit for you.

Q: When I run a trial to my Outlook email, in the Poll I am unable to select a result (all I see are brackets).

Can you please explain how to get around this without forcing users to go to the web version, as I can imagine a lot of users will face this same problem.

Q: Hi guys.

A couple of questions:

1. A lot of people will be using Reply Button for cold outreach, which means a higher percentage of emails will be flagged as spam (compared to sending to opt-in lists). The buttons all use your replybutton.com domain, so eventually spam filters will start flagging any emails containing a URL with that domain as s[am. Do you have a stragtegy for managing this?

2. Could you add an email which will be triggered "X days after an email is opened, if the person hasn't replied"? This will allow us to automate follow ups which will be great

3. Do you plan to add a REST API and webhooks so we can create custom integrations? (without needing to use Zapier)

1. We are now started to working on Custom Tracking Domains. This will solve the issue. We will complete it asap.

2. To be honest, we are not planning to add 'follow-up if no reply' feature in the near future.

3. Yes, we are now working on restful API and plan to complete it in April.

Q: Hi, 1-in your roadmap you will integrate with calendly and hubspot calendar, but have another calendar that ...

i can embed with a link , can i embed it in RB in first followup?
2-webhook wil be usefull to export lists to a crm, will you integrate?

A: Hi,

1. Yes you will have the option to add to any of the emails

2. We are now working on webhooks and Zapier integration. Both will let you export lists to CRM.

3. Yes, you can export the recipient list as a CSV file.

4. No, auto-replies are not counted in the daily limit.

5. Yes, you can embed form or link in auto-replies.

6. Yes, initial and auto-reply emails all have the same features.

Q: Hello, Just wanted to clarify the following: 1) I can add more than 300 emails but only 300 will be sent per day.

The balance will automatically be sent in batches of 300 each day until complete. Is that correct?
2) Are we notified of replies so that we can follow-up or is there a way to automate something relating to a follow-up?
3) Are stats from surveys/polls aggregated and visible and/ exportable?
4) During the webinar, you uploaded a file and it only asked to identify the email field. Can you import other fields as well (name, tel #, source etc)?
5) Please confirm if a database will be created so we can re-use imported emails rather than having to duplicate the campaign or re-upload the emails.

A: Hi,

1) No, you need to upload 300 emails while creating your campaign. We will let you add more than 300 emails at once and send automatically day by day in the near future. It's in our roadmap.

2) You will get a notification email for every reply you get. Also, you can set auto-reply emails according to replies you get with buttons.

3) You can all the survey/poll results in your dashboard. However, it's not possible to export replies. You can only export recipients for now.

4) You can add as many extra columns as you want.

5) We will create a contact list to make things easier on your side. It's on our roadmap.

Q: Muzaffer, We use the Microsoft 365 ecosystem where teams is the collaboration hub like slack and power automate/flow instead of zapier.

Microsoft has bigger community of active business users than anyone else. Can you share when will reply button support be available for teams notifications and power automate integration?

Q: Is it possible now, or might it be possible in the future to upload a list and have the same email send across the different email accounts?

For example, if I wanted to send an email to 900 people, the list would use 3 accounts to do it all in one day.

Q: Outlook Hi, I really like what ReplyButton is all about doing - getting responses from people.

I read that recipients can’t reply in the Outlook app due to software limitations. Bummer because I’m focused on b2b corporate clients.

Would you be able to share a screenshot of what this looks like from a recipient in outlook? I know there is “view in browser” option, but are there any plans to address this in future to reduce friction?

Good to hear that you liked Replybutton :)

Let me make things more clear about Outlook issue.

1- Reply buttons work in all email providers, there is no issue with reply buttons.

2- Polls and surveys have an issue just with Outlook desktop app.

Recipients can reply polls and surveys in Outlook mobile app and Outlook.com in the browser.

The issue is radio buttons not appear in Outlook desktop app. We are trying to figure it out.

Q: I looked at mixmax and it is a similar tool .

I don’t know if mixmax is also limiting the number of emails ,however they also use gmail. They have a lot of functionality, however as ltd and for a local business it makes sense to get one code of replybutton. They have google calendar functionality, do you plan to add something like this. ?
