Some products years later still have bugs or issues that were never addressed making them essentially useless. AppSumo should conduct better due diligence with these creators and developers before teaming up with them.

You need to have a proper link for dropbox. For the others, as I checked one, the problem is with the website.
You can signup and connect any of your email accounts, no restriction. You can delete and connect a new one but we don't store the data related to deleted email accounts.

Q: Why so few emails?
This must be for tiny businesses? 300 emails per day is very low - some of our clients who are just starting out send more emails than this? We send half a million+ emails per week in comparison. So just on that basis, I think that the offer seems very limited by not offering more options (e.g. 10 with unlimited email). Also, this will only work if you let someone keep their existing email provider and integrate with theirs. The idea is great, but we can also easily create our own version of this for our own use (like an email HTML widget, which is sort of how this behaves). Therefore, this doesn't seem like such a great deal... Why the email per day restriction?
We use your email quota to send emails. You may have more limits than 300 emails per day but we don't set the limits for every user specifically. We set a limit for general daily sending limits.
300 emails limit is the ideal limit with expecting to send 150 auto-replies on the same day. For example, you have 500 email limits per day. If you send 500 emails in a day and set auto-replies according to replies you get, they will not be sent because of exceeding the quota.
If you are sending 500k emails weekly, Replybutton is not a good fit for you.
Hi, I understand, but by not offering an add-on like some have done here (e.g. monthly add-on) or by not integrating in other services you will be missing the really big opportunities. Q: When I run a trial to my Outlook email, in the Poll I am unable to select a result (all I see are brackets).
Can you please explain how to get around this without forcing users to go to the web version, as I can imagine a lot of users will face this same problem.
Polls and surveys work in Outlook mobile app and browser but not in Outlook desktop app. Outlook desktop app blocks too many things like radio buttons, etc. We tried all our competitor products and they also don't work and have the same problem. This is something related to Outlook desktop app, not something wrong on our side.
Also for this issue, we have the "Reply on the web" link in polls and surveys to let recipients can reply on a webpage. Like an "in case of emergency" button.

A couple of questions:
1. A lot of people will be using Reply Button for cold outreach, which means a higher percentage of emails will be flagged as spam (compared to sending to opt-in lists). The buttons all use your replybutton.com domain, so eventually spam filters will start flagging any emails containing a URL with that domain as s[am. Do you have a stragtegy for managing this?
2. Could you add an email which will be triggered "X days after an email is opened, if the person hasn't replied"? This will allow us to automate follow ups which will be great
3. Do you plan to add a REST API and webhooks so we can create custom integrations? (without needing to use Zapier)
Just to chime in, having auto reply if user has not replied in X days is really important as a follow up sequence. If this is not something implemented yet, could you confirm if this will be done in the future within a reasonable time frame?

I'm pretty sure their goal is to offset their lifetime deal with improving brand awareness if you only buy one code. I think stacking the two codes is pretty reasonable for custom/removable branding when everything else but email send rate is already unlimited.
I second that. I will be the only user and feel that by stacking I don't gain anything as I will not be using the two users and would only get the branding removed. Why can't this be done one one stack. Previously many sumolings complained about branding and many companies removed the branding.
It would be a great response if you decide to remove the branding. Most sumolings simply don't buy just because something is branded, You really need to understand the sumoling community to get that. Hope you change that as I look forward to buying.

I don’t know if mixmax is also limiting the number of emails ,however they also use gmail. They have a lot of functionality, however as ltd and for a local business it makes sense to get one code of replybutton. They have google calendar functionality, do you plan to add something like this. ?

Let me make things more clear about Outlook issue.
1- Reply buttons work in all email providers, there is no issue with reply buttons.
2- Polls and surveys have an issue just with Outlook desktop app.
Recipients can reply polls and surveys in Outlook mobile app and Outlook.com in the browser.
The issue is radio buttons not appear in Outlook desktop app. We are trying to figure it out.
