I agree! Just reached out to support regarding this issue. As well as issues with other products that are basically still being developed and failing to deliver, yet they are being marketed to us. Some products years later still have bugs or issues that were never addressed making them essentially useless. AppSumo should conduct better due diligence with these creators and developers before teaming up with them.
