so if i purchase 1 code thats mean i will get signup with one email and do a email campaigns with same or another email ??

You need to have a proper link for dropbox. For the others, as I checked one, the problem is with the website.
You can signup and connect any of your email accounts, no restriction. You can delete and connect a new one but we don't store the data related to deleted email accounts.
