3.) The user and email allowance is too low, frankly, especially for a stack. This is going to be brought up repeatedly, so I'd suggest you address this now and not miss those sales.

1- You can customize all the reply button texts, colors, links and thank you page logo and URL.
2- CNAME is not available for now but we will add it to our feature request list.
3- We need to book a limit for auto-replies. For example, if you send an email to 300 recipients, we book minimum 150 quota for auto-replies. Because of that, we keep it in these limits not to exceed your quota.

CNAME is an absolute MUST to avoid spam filters. Adding it to a "request" list does not mean that it will come or that appsumo buyers will get that feature. Unless it is "committed" to here, we must assume it will never come.
