Same question here. I guess if no one has replied to your question yet, it is not a good sign. Even if they have gone out of business, companies normally send out and email telling their users.

I have the same problem. I had invested in this product without even having had time to use it. It's a real shame.

I hope it's just a technical problem due to maintenance, but they would have warned us if that was the case.

Even though, when the activity stopped, I was always informed by the companies.

Doesn't anyone have the company's contact email so we can understand what's going on?

Also facebook, twitter account is not available any more... :-(
