Q: Good morning, I had previously created an account to test out before I made my Appsumo purchase last week.

But the Redeem instructions seem to only apply on new account creation?

Can you help me get this applied to my account? I have already tried emailing help@resound.fm and haven't heard back in 4 days. Thanks
