I submitted a detailed version of this question in the Resound app a couple of months ago but never received a response. Will you ever update this software to do a better job of removing background noise and hiss? I agree with others posting here that your mid-2024 update made software worse, not better. In 2025 I use Resound only to help identify and eliminate long pauses and "uhs" in voice recordings -- everything else related to voice improvement I perform in Adobe Podcast (excellent suppression/control of background noise) and Audacity (conforming final output to ACX standard levels). I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication with paying customers.
They changed the fine-print. When this deal was launched it was a pretty good way to clean audio. Not as good as Adobe Podcast (which has gotten even worse) or Auphonic (which is MILES better) but enough to hold its own. I even wrote about it on LinkedIn. I tested its capabilities before committing to a Tier 3 purchase. Then, sometime around May 2024, they rolled out an update that has pretty much made the tool unusable. Now, you need to subscribe to some add-ons or change to subscription billing to get the same functionality that you were getting before the update. Classic bait and switch. Shame, because Resonate (the parent company) actually seems to be a decent production house. Not gonna trust anything from Resound or Resonate from here on...
I used this very little but always loved the results I got. Now I am getting useless results when sweetening clips of audio. What a bummer! Feels completely useless now to make audio sound better. I was having my friend record ads on his iphone in his truck then making the audio nice with this in a 1 click process. Now it's a big mess. very bummed.

Good morning, I had previously created an account to test out before I made my Appsumo purchase last week. But the Redeem instructions seem to only apply on new account creation?
