I submitted a detailed version of this question in the Resound app a couple of months ago but never received a response.
Will you ever update this software to do a better job of removing background noise and hiss? I agree with others posting here that your mid-2024 update made software worse, not better. In 2025 I use Resound only to help identify and eliminate long pauses and "uhs" in voice recordings -- everything else related to voice improvement I perform in Adobe Podcast (excellent suppression/control of background noise) and Audacity (conforming final output to ACX standard levels).
I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication with paying customers.
