Does the job... hoping for improvement
I was hoping to replace Paperform with this product. And I think between this and Clust, I'll be able to do that - so this is a success in my mind.
Response suite is a little raw. It's great for building surveys and quizzes. It has as a fair amount of flexibility - I've been able to create customer onboarding and service feeback surveys no problem without having to did into the training at all.
There are a few issues:
- The logic skipping is odd - not intuitive and not like any other survey platform I've used (about 5)
- Managing design is cumbersome - I'm hoping for some design templates
- I have not been able to work out how to inject fields (like email address) into hidden fields from Active Campaign.
- I've not a fan of the long lines of text it creates on desktop version. I'd like to be able to narrow the content area to make the survey / quiz questions easier to read.
- It's a PITA having to turn off Response Suite branding in the footer of the survey for every survey. Should be a setting in the account.
Otherwise - all good and I'm looking forward to using it for lead gen quizzes and passing tags for question answers to Active Campaign - this is where I think it shines vs PaperForm, Typeform and Thrive Quiz Buider.

Really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review and we're so happy to have you as a customer.
On passing field values (parameters) from ActiveCampaign into your survey, here's an article from our help centre which I hope helps, if not - let me know happy to walk through it with you:
