Having used SurveyMonkey for fifteen years, and having used lots of different survey tools prior to that, I can honestly say that ResponseSuite is as good, if not better, than anything I've ever used.

Some of the features in this tool are simply not in SurveyMonkey, and I'm very excited about what I can do with this very powerful tool going forward.

I'm pretty experienced with this sort of stuff so had absolutely no problems setting up a test survey. It was a breeze, and far quicker than in SurveyMonkey I felt. I haven't tried out the analysis section yet so can't comment on that, but from a first glance at the engine of this system I am very pleased I've managed to get a lifetime deal on it.

For me it is a no-brainer of a 5-taco product and I'd grab it just so that you know you have a very powerful survey tool at your disposal whenever you need it.

My only criticisms are that it doesn't seem to be truly responsive. Yes, you can see the survey on a mobile, but it looks like a mini version of the desktop survey. With mobile usage so high I feel it warrants at least a css restyling so that it is easily visible by people who might not have 20:20 vision :-) The second criticism is with integrations, but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt on this, as it takes time to get all the integrations done that people want, and this particularly true with this as they are clearly going the extra mile in terms of what is being sent to the integrated mailing system. My tools of choice these days are Moosend (absolutely superb) and Sendgrid, and neither of these are catered for.

Those two criticisms aside though, this is a truly magnificent tool and one that I can only imagine getting better and better over the coming months and years. They seem like an awesome team.
