Last time, there was some confusion in the tier descriptions. Let me break it down plainly:

Unlimited resumes and cover letters for personal use. Perfect if you're job hunting.

👨‍👩‍👧 Tier 2 – For 3 people

3 user licenses. Share with friends or family. Everyone gets full platform access through your dashboard.

🏫 Tiers 3, 4, 5 – For career coaches & organizations

Want to offer resume tools to your students, clients, or community? These tiers give you seats to distribute to your users.

💼 Tiers 6 & 7 – For agencies & coaches who build resumes FOR clients

Your team creates resumes on behalf of clients. Built for done-for-you resume services.

✨ Tiers 5, 6, 7 also include full white-label:

Your brand. Your domain. SSO. Stripe payments. Custom emails. The whole package.

Hey Sumo-lings!

We’ve just rolled out our most-requested features and new tiers - designed to serve individuals, families, and agencies even better. Here’s what’s new and how it all works:

Tier 2 (Friends and Family):

You can now generate unlimited resumes, for up to 3 individuals (yourself, friends, or family). This means each person can create as many resume versions as they want.

Every user gets their own login access to the platform.

Tier 3,4,5 (Agency Plans):

If you are career coach or run an agency or need to create/manage resumes for multiple clients, these tiers are for you:

- Each candidate/client gets their own login (you control who gets access).

- Every candidate can create unlimited resume versions for themselves.

- As an agency admin, you can also create resumes for multiple candidates from your dashboard—perfect for hands-on agencies.

- You can add or remove users and the total number of users at any given time is capped based on the number of allowed limit for the tier you choose.

What’s Improved? (Based on Your Feedback!)

1. Profile Autofill from Existing Resume:

Easily populate your profile by uploading your current resume—less typing, more time saved!

2. Job Description Skills, Handpicked by You:

When you tailor your resume to a job description, our AI now extracts the relevant skills from the job post and asks if you’d like to add them. If you already have those skills in your profile, they’ll be included automatically. This way, you stay in control—nothing is added without your approval.

3. Measurable Results—Opt In or Out:

Many users asked for more control over numbers and percentages in their resume. Now, before we add measurable results (like “increased sales by 30%”), you’ll see a checkbox to decide whether to include these figures in your generated text—or leave them out if you prefer. No more unwanted numbers!

What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?

Throughout my journey, I've worked in diverse sectors like streaming, EdTech, and AI. Working closely alongside experienced founders taught me what truly makes a product succeed.

One of my proudest achievements has been building successful tools from scratch, attracting over 500,000 monthly visitors. However, not every project succeeded, but each taught me invaluable lessons about user needs and building successful products.

Now, bringing together all this experience, I’m excited to introduce ResumeUp.AI, my first SaaS project to help job seekers streamline their job search and land their dream jobs.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

I first had the idea for ResumeUp.AI after watching close friends struggle to get any interview calls despite having great skills and experience. Their resumes were getting lost in ATS filters or just didn’t showcase their strengths. I realized there had to be a smarter way to help talented people get noticed. That's where the idea of ResumeUp.AI born.

What problem is your product solving and how?

Job seekers today face two big hurdles: their resumes often get lost in ATS filters, and they spend hours manually tailoring documents and tracking applications. This leads to missed opportunities.

We’re not just a resume tool—we’re your entire job-search co-pilot. Having taken hundreds of interviews as a hiring manager, and deeply understanding the hiring process, we are committed to shaping this platform as everything you need for a job search.
