Very Responsive Customer Service
i just spoke with one of the cofounders a few moments ago. We were discussing a couple of features that I am missing. He took my call (for starters, that is amazing). It was after hours their time. Then he said that in the next 24 hours they will take a look at what was missing and help me with my requests. Folks AI cannot do customer service. But this company can. As a person that likes to white label, I am telling you the first thing I look for is responsiveness. This company is on it. I felt this was important to note and share. Thank you!

Lost all the changes - Poor effort anyway - had to use Claude to finish each section
This is dreadful. Wasted so much time... no idea what the value is.. you can do all of this in Claude, Open AI .. you name it.. this merely lost the changes I had to update externally anyway... complete waste of time and money

Keeps losing information and I have to start all over again
It's decent software—when it works. My husband has been attempting to use the software for two days now. It's lost his resume information three times. It just completely wipes it all out and he has to start over nearly from the beginning. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because, when it works, it's fine. We just can't seem to get it to stay working.
(And before anyone asks, no, the problem isn't between the keyboard and chair—he's an SQA Engineer and he's beyond frustrated. I think if he were writing this review, it would be 1 taco.)
