Seasoned professional and I love it
I need to write cover letters endlessly to get client work. This thing works and it works very well. You have to tweak the final (like anywhere) but it's a life saver when you have to put out more or less the same letter for a slightly different deliverable, I love it. I wish there was a "fill in" option where it could parse your CV into details like people in the US always want, but other than that, it works and it works very well.
