Lost all the changes - Poor effort anyway - had to use Claude to finish each section
This is dreadful. Wasted so much time... no idea what the value is.. you can do all of this in Claude, Open AI .. you name it.. this merely lost the changes I had to update externally anyway... complete waste of time and money

Keeps losing information and I have to start all over again
It's decent software—when it works. My husband has been attempting to use the software for two days now. It's lost his resume information three times. It just completely wipes it all out and he has to start over nearly from the beginning. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because, when it works, it's fine. We just can't seem to get it to stay working.
(And before anyone asks, no, the problem isn't between the keyboard and chair—he's an SQA Engineer and he's beyond frustrated. I think if he were writing this review, it would be 1 taco.)

Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
I have a resume that I built with the software that has an 81%, but it has 6-7 lines to the entire resume. I have my real resume with the stuff I pulled from this software, and ran through gpt to really polish it up, and that resume has a 43% I'm going through a bit of a career change now, so my work history doesn't match up with the job, but this program doesn't seem to want to take any of that into account, at least I can't find a way to do that.
The creator sent me a website for a tutorial, but when I asked if there was anything on youtube that was ignored.
The other thing I really didn't care for is after I uploaded my resume and the software made its changes, it completely reordered the resume and changed the formatting. I'm probably going to refund this and just use gpt to go over everything and work towards an ideal resume.
