Q: How many total people can we make resumes for?

You said 'no' to using it for clients, but 'yes' to using it for family and friends. What's the exact limit? I'd rather know now then later when you decide to 'clarify' it. Thank you!

A: Typically we review an account if it has resumes for more than 10 people. If a user is under that limit, it’s perfectly okay.

In the review, if it seems that the person is using their account for commercial use, we politely ask them to switch to a custom business plan.

Please note that we mean 10 different individuals here, and not 10 resumes in an account. You can have 7 resumes each for 3 people and that won’t be an issue at all.

In fact, we encourage customizing the resume for each job application (using the Clone feature) and Resumonk helps in maintaining all the different versions on the same Dashboard.

Often, students in developing countries start sharing their account. It’s completely understandable that the pricing in USD can be a deterrent for them (we’ve been there ourselves at one point). We suggest them to use our referral program to get free access to our premium features.

Let me know if you’ve any other questions. Cheers.

Thanks. Do you mean more than 10 individuals at a given time (like we can delete 1 to make room for a new 1) or 10 total individuals ever for the account? Thanks again.

It can be 10 individuals at a given time.

Thanks! :-)

So we can delete 1 of the 10 to make room for a new person?

"So we can delete 1 of the 10 to make room for a new person?"

Yes, you can do that!

What do you mean you review the account?

Are you going through people's private details just to see if someone is using your service in a way you don't like?

It's a simple automated check that flags those accounts that have resumes for more than 10 individuals. We reach out to those users, as required, before taking further action. We don't go through anyone's private details.
