1- Yes, there is form view to collect input into your spreadsheet to your Retable table :)
2- There are some custom data views that we offer by default. Other than that, there is no front-end creator mode that we offer by default. However, thanks to Retable's public API, you can use Retable as a data source for your interfaces by integrating with 3rd party applications that allow this.
