Q: Hello Amy / Team AppSumo, would you please install an automation to send those notices per email to your customers?
Around Nov. 7 when the refund info and the deadline were posted i didn't get an information email.
Only after yesterdays email by Retable I checked back this product page to find Amys notice. 2 days to make such a decision is not enough and I could even have missed the email, especially this time around with all its holidays.

And I didn't know about the deadline at all, and can't find any email from them that I ever received. I missed the 'got your back' deadline, since AppSumo doesn't notify me, the onus is on the dev team. Good thing it was only one code I guess.
