Q: Hi there, Can someone help me better understand the automation and record limitations?
1st - if we run out of those credits, what's their cost for extra credits?
2nd - I'm an Airbnb manager, and I want to manage the inventory of my units. I manage a total of 13 units, and each unit would have about 30 to 40 different items to manage, like toilet paper, bedding, towels, coffee, soap, etc. I aim to have the cleaners submit a form when those items are running low, but I do not understand how it would count for the automation and records. So let's say that out of 40 items, a cleaner submitted a form to notify me that we're low in toilet paper and shampoo for 1 property. Would count as 2 automation (because it's 2 rows/items) and then I'd have only 8 credits left?

1- By default, you have 1,000 automation run counts for each project. If you need more automation run count credits, you can boost it with the automation run count addon. Automation run count addons are available in +25,000 packages, and allow you to increase your automation run counts up to +125,000. The price of the 1 package (+25,000 package) is $5.90/month. You get 2 months free with annual purchases and can purchase it for $59.00/year. Additionally, if you have AppSumo Tier 4, you will be offered +125,000 automation run count as a promotion for one of your projects. With the default 1,000 automation count, you will have a 126,000 automation run count for a project. For your other projects, it'll be 1,000/per month. If you prefer you can boost other projects with automation run count addons.
Unlike the automation run count, the automation count is 10 per project by default. If you need to increase the automation count, you can use the automation count addon for this. Automation count addon is sold in +10 packages and you can buy a maximum of +90 automation count. By purchasing an automation count, you can increase it to a total of 100 automation counts. 2- This is deducted from the automation run count, not from the automation count. Automation run count is related to how many times an automation runs. In other words, 2 out of 1,000 automation runs are deducted and 998 automation run count remains in this case. This count is reset every month. If the cleaner reports that toilet paper and shampoo are running low via the same form, it will only decrease by 1 count. However, if the cleaner sends it in 2 different forms or needs to fill out the same form twice, it will be deducted twice. So, if the submitted form is added to your table in 2 separate rows, this means the "when the form is submitted" action is triggered twice.
