Q: Hi there, I'd like to get your input on a personal case use for this product as I think it'll suit my needs, but I'm unsure.
Here it is:
I have a cleaning company and I'm looking for an affordable CRM and team management system that gives me the freedom to build it the way I want.
I'd be recording clients' personal data and their job's details. I'd also need to match and assign those jobs with my team. Then I have a few questions:
1 - Would the app generate reports based on what I build? Like team member performance, number of jobs, monthly revenue, etc?
2 - Does it integrate with my calendar? And can I integrate it with my team's calendar too? Like when I book a client, having that appointment showing automatically on their calendar.
3 - Does it have a mobile app for me and my team manage things on the go? If not, any idea of when it's coming?
4 - What does "table" mean? In my case, would that be the number of clients I could record? And how to get more of that? And how much does it cost?
5 - Hoe does the notification work? Email, SMS... What is it?
I highly appreciate your response.

May 15, 2024A: Hello. Thanks for your considerations.
Retable is a tool that does many things including data visibility, granual data sharing, mini CRMs, asset management systems, data collections using forms.
But, it is not a real CRM that costs you thousands of USDs.
Most of our users using zapier, make, pabbly to get the power of other tools and build their own stack for less.
We as Retable are sitting right in the middle of every data related, editing and collections tasks.
Our mobile apps are in test flights. They are about to be released but AppSumo days went super super busy and we could not finalize the releases.
Table means the data, you can have as many table as you want with a total limit of 50k records per project. Projects are thr groups of tables.
The notifications are emails only but you can use other integration tools after we released the webhooks.
Cheers
