Q: I have asked the question below at least 10 times over 3 weeks to support “after purchasing”.
I always get a reply, but never a reply to my question:
Reply type 1 - (about 3 times ) a reply about an issue I pointed out about your login requiring a case sensitive email. I cared nothing about this, I just mentioned to help you.
Reply type 2 - (about 7 times) We are tired, we are resting.
Three times I asked if I should ask my question here, no reply on that question.
So, here is my question:
Someone has invited me to collaborate with them. Your system tells me that
If I do so my paid account will be deleted. Seems a bit drastic. How can I get access to the sheet that someone wants to share with me?

If I understand the problem correctly, Someone invited you to his own organization even though you have an organization plan, right? If so, you cannot join another user's organization if you have an organization plan because a user can only join one organization.
However, if this user shares his workspace or projects with you, you can work collaboratively with them.
