A Disappointing Turn for Loyal Early Supporters
I was one of the early supporters of Retable, purchasing the Lifetime Deal on AppSumo not just for the product, but to support a promising idea at its earliest stage. I believed in the team, the vision, and the future they painted.
However, what has happened since then has been nothing short of disappointing. Instead of growing together, Retable has chosen to leave its early backers behind. We've been relegated to a "Legacy Server" — essentially a version of the product frozen in time, with no new feature updates, only basic bug fixes and security patches.
We weren’t asking for refunds. We were hoping to grow with the product and be part of the journey we helped kickstart. But this move shows a lack of integrity and commitment to those who supported Retable when it mattered most — when the company needed proof of concept, funding, and user trust.
I will remember the names of the founders and this company — not out of spite, but as a reminder of how they treated their earliest supporters. You won’t see another dollar from me, or anyone I can influence, again.
