Might be great but I don’t like ultimatums

So, I paid for tier one and played with it a bit initially. I have two projects (out of unlimited) with no automations yet - just experiments - and just haven’t had time to learn how to use the tools yet. In my mind, I expect that when I purchase something, I can determine when I will use it and my content will be there for me to pick up again when I’m ready, or when it’s more ready. Not so with Retable I guess. Today I received this email “We waited for a long time to hear from you but we couldn't. Unfortunately, we're inactivating your account because you haven't logged into your Retable account for over 3 months. If you log into your Retable account by tomorrow, you can recover your data and account. Remember that when your account is inactivated, you will also lose your data.” I’m on vacation but luckily I was able to access my account via phone so as to not lose everything I’ve created so far. Keep this in mind if you’re thinking of “shelving” this one for some time. You don’t really own your account - even when paying for it apparently.
