The deal was purchased two years ago. I recently discovered that Retable quietly deleted my account. As a result, all of my data was lost, and they have not responded despite multiple emails.
I own the Tier 1 license fair and square, purchased through this platform.
I strongly advise against buying from them.
I plan to contact AppSumo to ask why this company is not honoring a legitimately purchased deal.
