UPDATE - Unfortunately, I must drop my 5 star down to a 3 star review. The platform is changed quite a bit in the last week or so and not for the better. LLMs have gone in a flash direction and the extension has shown some instability ( even with having updated it roughly 24 hours ago to the latest build). I feel this campaign is overloading their system a bit and they're trying to minimize the cost. I understand, if that is the approach, but unfortunately this also hurts the users who are actively building a system with the platform in mind. Knowing just how quickly a product can turn like this makes me uneasy with the thought of keeping it.

I have many browser automation tools (TaskMagic, BrowserAct, Notte). Rtrv.ai is the best of all of them, in my opinion. They're going steps further with browser automation that make the ecosystem much more useful. There's a lot to take in but so far, it's all good news. Customer service has been responsive here within 30 minutes. Hopefully, they continue this after the campaign.
