Update 3: What we see is that since Sept 17 all your traffic reaches us from a US datacenter address used by VPN services rather than your ISP/previous Indian IP, on both machines. From that path Google's sign-in servers don't answer, so the browser can't refresh your session or sign in, while other things (including your MCP integration) are unaffected.

Quick test: open https://identitytoolkit.googleapis.com/v1/projects?key=AIzaSyB1a_BcU6iTNSNBwUEv5DTLx4G2aB1pAtM (public key) in your browser. If you see JSON with "projectId", sign-in will work; if the page can't load, the block is between you and Google auth.

Check for a VPN or "secure connection"/web-protection feature in your security software, browser or router, a DNS filter, or an office network — and try a phone hotspot to confirm. Allow-listing identitytoolkit.googleapis.com and securetoken.googleapis.com is enough if you want to keep the rest.

Updata 2: Looks like your VPN is blocking the Google authentication flow we use leading to your issue, can you try with your VPN off? We just pushed out alert catching this and telling you to try signing again.

Hi Rakhul, I'm sorry your first days with Retriever went this way.

The "0 credits" error was a bug on our side, not your account. A credit check could fail and block runs even though your Tier 3 credits were there. We fixed it on the website on Sep 13, and the extension fix is in the latest version.

What's changed since your update:
- Extension 37.8.4 is live. Update it at chrome://extensions (turn on Developer mode, then click Update).
- We shipped fixes to Sign in with ChatGPT on Sep 15, on the website and in the extension, so the connection stays saved after you connect. Please reconnect once after updating.
- Google Drive shows as connected on your account. If a Drive step still fails, send us the run link and we'll trace it.

On support: we answered your email on Sep 13, about 80 minutes after you sent it, and followed up on Sep 14, both from [email protected]. If you can't find them, please check spam. I've also re-sent a short copy today.
