Great Potential, Poor Support, Unpolished Product

Strange review looks like AI wrote it but anyway will address some bits of it

The dashboard is 100% working and always has been I am not sure why you say it doesn't work that is just untrue

AI-driven sentiment analysis is in here already we have Top Positive Mentions, Top Negative Mentions and and a Sentiment Analysis overview paragraph as well as percentage scores for Product, Services, Location, Value and customer are all shown in the dashboard.

Support- we answer all email support within 24 hours and have done from the start

With our "how to videos" for onboarding we will keep adding more as we get more questions or feel we have missed anything
