Could you explain why the Privacy Policy on your site has whole sections with no information to explain how and in what circumstances you will collect and use the data?

What security do you have in place to protect our information?

Is the information held encrypted to protect from hackers?

I ask these questions as much of this information would be very useful for identity theft and want gain some comfort that there are suitable protections in place.
