Q: Any improvement soon ?

I'm badly surprised by the fact that :
- There is no possibility to cancel a change while editing
- It is very difficult to move the name and the email fields
- Integration with Brevo was asked more than a year ago and it is still missing
- the worst : there is no online support available. The help pages aren't enough.

According to this issues, I think I will ask for a refund.

Yes, ZERO online support or communication post sale! I am getting nervous that this might be another SAAS that after launch and generating quick money that they will abandon this app and move on to their next "Big Thing" only to abandon that after raking in quick money. Where are you guys Rhym?? ...SIGH...
