Q: GDPR: Lack of clarity.

Hi,
there are people operating in the European market who have purchased your product for a year and cannot use it.
You are constantly saying that GDPR compliance is a priority for you, but in reality it is not, just look at your roadmap

To those who ask for precise information on GDPR you are not able to give a date, a perspective, just useless words.
Why don't you say immediately, clearly and honestly that it is not in your priorities and plans without wasting our time looking for information on your work?
This question will probably not have an answer.

it does not refer to a concrete perspective in time and like all the others, it is a useless answer.
A company must have the most certain perspectives possible to make choices.
Our understanding is certainly present, but it can be aimed at wishing you good work and good luck.
