Q: I bought Rhym Tier 4 on Oct.
4, 2023. At that time, that was the highest tier.
Now I want i upgrade to Tier 5, but there is no way to do it. It says: Unable to change plan past refund expiration date.
How can I upgrade to Tier 5?

tswconsultingPLUSEasy peasy. Click on your "Profile", then go to your "Products". From there search for Rhym, then on the right hand side you'll see a box that says "Select", click on that, then "Change Plan.". I also bought T4 previously. Love Rhym. :)
