Q: I bought Rhym Tier 4 on Oct.

4, 2023. At that time, that was the highest tier.
Now I want i upgrade to Tier 5, but there is no way to do it. It says: Unable to change plan past refund expiration date.
How can I upgrade to Tier 5?

Easy peasy. Click on your "Profile", then go to your "Products". From there search for Rhym, then on the right hand side you'll see a box that says "Select", click on that, then "Change Plan.". I also bought T4 previously. Love Rhym. :)

It's not enabled on my account for this product for some reason. Something is wrong.

Thanks for your help! With the instructions you provided, I can see the plans now. However, it does not work for me, as it's still not possible to upgrade, as it says "no longer available."
