Q: In response to my earlier question on July 25th about why there hasn't been any progress on items marked on ...
your roadmap as "In Development" or "Planned" for nearly a year, you indicated you were having problems updating the site. In response, you shared a long list of features added to the product to show how much progress has been made since then. However, based on your current roadmap, **most** of these features were already listed as having been completed **before** the end of last year, not this year. This raises some concerns regarding your progress with the product since then.
As you know, a roadmap is a vital communication tool that fosters transparency, builds trust and engages customers in the ongoing evolution of a product or service. However, with what is currently being shared, we have no way of knowing what the current state of your roadmap is as most of the items listed on it have not progressed since the end of last year.
There are six items listed as "In Development" since last year. Even though only three appear this way on the Roadmap, six appear when filtering the status of the items shown on the Ideas page. This discrepancy is obviously confusing and should be resolved for the sake of accuracy and reliability. There are also nearly a dozen items listed as "Planned" for nearly a year with no progress shown on their status.
Can you please elaborate on the reason for the status of these items or provide a more reliable roadmap since this is so crucial to customers?

I couldn't agree more! To make matters even more confusing, there are actually two separate roadmaps posted on their home page (one in the Learn menu at the top of the page and another at the very bottom). The one found in the Learn menu is not reliable because there are no actual dates in any section and it is not aligned to the feature requests page and the status shown for those items on there.
