Yes, we will debit the number of assessments in your plan even if you don’t test any candidates.

Currently, our assessment system is available only in English. We have plans to offer the assessment system in the following languages:

Yes, if your job description does not match one of the 950+ job types we have in the system, you can create a custom assessment for your job by asking someone who knows the job well to complete a 38-question job analysis form. Once the job analysis is complete, the system automatically picks the appropriate cognitive abilities and work personality tests for the job.

No, you cannot. The intelligent assessment system automatically does this for you in an optimized manner.
