I bought 2 codes and the plan name is "Current Plan: Pay-As-You-Go", and Available Assessment Credits: 1000000. How can I know if that is correctly tier 2?
Hi I bought the 2nd tier and as per your offer, the credits are 'Unlimited'. However after redeeming, the credits show ' 1000000'. I'm not saying these are any less credits. But it should ideally show unlimited. No?

are you able to set your own custom questions? or are they all predefined?

Just curious on your logic as to why assessments expire.
Are you able to copy an old assessment? (particularly if it's a custom one)
