Can you confirm the reliability and validity of your assessments? I’ve previously used a similar tool with DISC assessments, but every candidate returned nearly identical results, which undermined the process. Sep 16, 2024A: We have ensured that our cognitive and work personality assessments are reliable using internal consistency reliability (Cronbach’s alpha). Secondly, we have also ensured that our assessments are synthetically validated. You can view the criterion validity coefficient of each assessment when you create an assessment template, go to the drop-down on the right, and invoke the menu "View Tests".
