Q: This tool looks awesome...

I'm curious about using this for a specific use-case as an outbound/inbound lead generation tool, here's some context...

In the past I ran a B2B lead generation agency where we would deploy outreach and appointment setters to respond to prospects (via email and LinkedIn).

One of the challenges we had was our appointment setters (many were overseas, non-native English speakers) asked many questions as they weren't sure what to say in response to the lead...

So we created a system around this where we would load up intents then match those intents to pre-written templates. You can see this centralized document here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tfiI-RNZRElXlScpfiinj-Lm6qoakCbnWQPxEog67fA/edit#gid=427417422

The workflow is fairly simple:
1 Prospect Responds.
2 Appointment Setter Classifies Intent.
3 Based on Intent, Appointment Setter Responds With Appropriate Response.

We attempted to use Google Cloud Dialog Flow but this required a third party dev and it was complicated... I'd like to create a tool where our appointment setters could insert the response they received, then the AI would tell them what to say...

Is this possible? I'd like to use this as both a training tool for my team AND as a live assistant to help them respond more intelligently.

Lastly, is it possible to create a UI around this and sell it as a SaaS to our customers?

Thank you! I'll sign up right away once I'm clear on this.

A: Hey there, thanks for reaching out. You could definitely create something like this with Riku, either from prompt chaining or just the chatbot UX type interface we created.

You can then run it within Riku itself or export the code and build it out into a UX that you want and then you can do what you want with that (sell it, etc). I couldn't access the file due to sharing permissions but I understand that process. So to clarify , in terms of building this out within Riku yes definitely. You can test it in Riku and use the dashboard to execute it. The UX for the SaaS you may build would be up to you to make with code easily exportable from Riku. I hope that helps.
