Grandma's Cookie

I invested in Ringblaze to get my fat ass off of Grandma's Cookie. If I ain't calling, I'm eating. The other built-in call features on hubspot, agile, pipdrive is packed with too much features. I like to learn as I go with what I need. All I want to know is if this thing can dial, record, and track (history) without being bombarded with labels, pipelines, blah blah blah. This deal is way better than Grandma's Cookie anyways - no calories, no bloat.

Wanted to like it, but....

I guess I misunderstood the setup, so I'll just make it clear here. "Users" are your employees. They are not sub-accounts you can resell to clients (like you were an agency). You do not get 9 numbers with 3 codes. You only get one number, no matter how many codes you stack. Not exactly sure why white labeling matters at all then? I guess when your employees log in, they don't see the ringblaze logos? Who cares about that? Or I guess the WP plugin doesn't show the RingBlaze logo? Shouldn't that really be included in the single code package?

I really needed this service. I guess I'll refund my 3 codes and wait for something better to come along.

Great tool on paper, but...

This is a great tool on paper, but does have considerable limitations.
I liked that it is possible to have a click to call button on a website, but I found there are times where the call is just simply dropped.
I wish there was a mobile app so it is also possible to make and receive calls through a phone rather than using a computer all the time.

We currently don't have the mobile apps; however, you can forward incoming calls to your mobile phone. We are working on the most desired features requested by users. Here is our product roadmap: https://trello.com/b/37MraSXY/ringblaze-roadmap

A mandatory business tool.

If you don't have a virtual phone for your business don't miss this deal.

I'm not using the call widget I just use it as my business phone number. I had tried self-hosted software connected to Twilio which always broke; so I was paying monthly for a virtual phone system, which has been cancelled..;-)

Now, Ringblaze runs on my computer, calls are clear, immediately emails me when I miss a call, and logs everything. It just works, plus support is awesome.

The only thing missing is SMS capability.
