Love the features and functionalities so far. It's still the beginning. Hopefully they can make it better within time. Would give this between 3.5-4 stars.

Positives:

Decent amount of minutes
You can have team members
You can forward calls to any numbers even to your personal cell
Conversations and call recordings (would like these to be exportable because of certain situations with certain crazy clients)

It actually works

negatives:
No call tracking/analytics. It's very important to us digital advertisers for PPC campaigns. Want to be able to record that click to call google ads work. Info from a tool like this would help.
Could have better UI/UX. Some parts are little confusing. Adding numbers and forwarding calls is confusing to understand. You can forward from widget and not sure what the other ones do. tried playing with it and doesn't work properly.
Needs Better onboarding instructions. Not experienced with phone stuff.
Buggy. I've noticed it works on some devices and some it just goes directly to voice mail which you can't set up. Sometimes you can try to make a call and it shows that you already did... some bugs to fix on call widget to make it work.
