Q: G 'day again from rural Australia, After multiple attempts, the Download App button did become active.
But.
My browser is Microsoft Edge. And a warning has come up that the download was blocked because RIZE could harm my computer. So there is no download.
Can you confirm that this won't destroy my computer?
I look forward to your reply.

May 14, 2024A: G 'day! Thanks for your message.
I can confirm that Rize is 100% safe to use on your computer. Windows shows a warning for new apps that don't have many downloads. Once we reach a certain threshold of downloads, that warning should go away. We actually have had Rize notarized by Windows so the app is confirmed and approved. You can confirm that by looking for Rize Labs LLC in the download window.
Let me know if you have any additional questions or if there's anything else I can do to help out.
Thanks,

G'day again from rural Australia,
Thank you for your reassurance.
But.
I had to jump through 5 Windows Defender hoops to open this file. Windows has done everything possible to NOT allow this file to be downloaded. Or opened.
I think you need to address this problem. Those of us who are not tech-savvy pay attention to warnings. Especially those of us who have had our computers compromised in the past by malware.
I came very close to asking for a refund.
I now look forward to using your app. ~Carol❤️
