Q: Hey quick question about chat history: Is it possible for the user to continue a previous conversation?
I want to offer long term support for example for weight loss and that obviously isn't done with one message or one day but rather over a period of 6 months. So is that possible with cookies, or even better to save the chat history to user meta like email address?

Hi, currently we are saving chat history for a week only but we will surely look into it for saving the conversation for more than a week.
