On Call Back Widget How can the default country code be set?
2. On emails received from Bots, can the sender's name and email be changed?
3. What, in Advanced Chatbot Settings ,what the "Chatbot Additional Instruction" field is for? What kind of input should be used?
4. Where is a list of tones that can be used?

Ans We have already provided a dropdown with all country codes please select your country.

2. On emails received from Bots, can the sender's name and email be changed?

Ans No you cant change the sender's name and Email

3. What, in Advanced Chatbot Settings, what the "Chatbot Additional Instruction" field is for? What kind of input should be used?

Ans To train your chatbot with extra information or change the behavior of the chatbot

4. Where is a list of tones that can be used?

Ans Not available. by default we provide a professional tone to change it please add data to Chatbot Additional Instruction.
