Brain Dead Chatbot and Possibly tried to Hack my Computer?
Short story, the Chatbot is pretty brain dead. I tried adding some initial prompts as suggested in the questions section but my bot was still brain dead.
I tried to ask for help in support and support didn't seem to understand at all what was happening, they seem to be unaware of their own features.
And instead of trying to fix my issue they pushed me to install Any Desk and access my local computer without ever trying to look at the bot..
I don't you think you need much to understand that the bot is not on my computer...

In the end they never did anything other than trying to get access to my computer and completely refused to help me.

In so far, the chatbot does a pretty good job answering basic suggested questions. It does need to be prompted well. The success of your chatbot is going to be determined by how well you structure your training. for instance, i give my viewers an option to ask the bot what questions it can answer. I then ensure I trained it on exactly how I want these questions answered. I also have a disclaimer about it being a perfectly imperfect helper bot and to navigate to my contact page. In this way, the customer isn't frustrated and can easily reach a live human.
I have tried other chatbots like chatnode, and both hold their own really well. The only diffirence is that this chatbot offers appointment booking options, whats app, contact form, I have it linked to my video messaging platform.
For the price, the offerings are very generous. Unlimited responses??? No where else provides that for the price.
The only thing I wish were that they offered the option to create more chatbots for my other programs that can be embedded within a client portal as a page, rather than a form ( chat node does that). Other than that, I am very pleased with the purchase. I will definitely upgrade for sure.
Key Features I love:
a. customize the chatbot completely, include your face or a cartoon, options are yours.
b. Options to link to multiple ways of contact
c. can integrate with wordpress
d. unlimited chats??? How is this even possible?
e. Get creative by addiding your chatgpt offerings.
f. Easy to train; you need to be creative; AI is imperfect.
Some hickups in the begining: It took me a while to figure out how to get the javascript code to embed on my website. Not very intuitive. But once you get it, its all about plug-n-let the magic happen.
Support is slow..lol. But I suspect that will improve over time.
For the deal, it is impressive.
