Short story, the Chatbot is pretty brain dead. I tried adding some initial prompts as suggested in the questions section but my bot was still brain dead.

I tried to ask for help in support and support didn't seem to understand at all what was happening, they seem to be unaware of their own features.

And instead of trying to fix my issue they pushed me to install Any Desk and access my local computer without ever trying to look at the bot..

I don't you think you need much to understand that the bot is not on my computer...

In the end they never did anything other than trying to get access to my computer and completely refused to help me.
