Q: Am I the only one to have MANY issues with their new monitoring system (v4)?
Most of my robots are down. Hope they will fix these issues very quickly.

Likewise, the API has not worked for days too and there is no response when contacting them to get any info at all.
I would of thought that a company that focuses on Uptime would be Up, but being down for days and not replying seems a little ridiculous.
On my side, a few unwanted changes removing most of the features I really liked and needed (like being able to pick a monitoring server in France, or send an alert when a site is not longer protected by a 403 (not the right ip). I have the max tier (not exactly cheap!) and I am very disappointed by these changes.

Yes, same - im on Tier 6 and can't use the features - the API has simply stopped working for the past 3 days with 500 Internal Server Error, they don't reply to e-mails or tickets. Now actively looking for an alternate solution, perhaps a list needs to be compiled of options. Would be different if they would at least respond and let us know what is going on instead of causing downtime for everyone
To be fair, they did start answering my questions today. Not fully, though—mostly, ‘that’s how Robotalp works now.’ I’m hoping their next replies will be more helpful. I reached out through their support page. I also have Tethered from AppSumo, so I’ll make sure not to rely on a single uptime service again. If one goes down, the other will be there to pick up the slack.

At least you got a response. Odd that their status page says all is operational and specifically that the API is functional - though it’s down 4 days so far. You’re right, definitely can’t rely on a service like this solely with zero communication and causes businesses relying on it to be down as a result. Such a shame, had potential, won’t be taken seriously now when the reviews start hitting.
@zane Things are moving in the right direction! They’re fixing a few things that basic users like me were missing. Some features are still absent, but I’m optimistic. According to the Robotalp team, the new API documentation is now available here: https://docs.robotalp.com/api/
