Q: Limitations questions

Hi,

Trying to understand the limitations here.

On tier 5 do you get unlimited websites to monitor? Or just a 1,000 websites?

What do you mean by a monitor? Is this related to choosing one part of your service for each website, which would equal to one monitor? For example, uptimme = 1 monitor, website change = 1 monitor; therefore, both of these would equal 2 monitors out of the 1,000 available. Or would tier 4 allow us to use all of your services for unlimited websites if so what's the 1000 monitors for?

Thanks

A: Hey Jen-le567,
Thank you for your question!
> In Tier 4, you get 500 monitors.
> In Tier 5 = 1,000 monitors.
> In Tier 6 = Unlimited monitors

Here’s how it works. Each monitor is used for one type of monitoring service for one website.
For example:
> Uptime Monitoring for 1 website = 1 monitor.
> Change Monitoring for the same website = another monitor.

So, with 1,000 monitors (Tier 5), you can:
> Monitor 1,000 websites for Uptime, or
> Split it, like 500 websites for Uptime and 500 websites for Change Monitoring.

You can mix and use them however you want!
Let me know if anything is still unclear.
