We bought another tool on AS first, Spike, but it did not meet our expectations. Robotalp is fully integrated in our workflow since 2 years now and i really like it. We added the monitoring as a free service to our clients and since then had quite a few incidents which we spotted really quickly with the help of Robotalp. So we come up to our clients and tell them about problems, instead of the other way round. We also use the change monitor feature and offer this as a paid extra to our clients to monitor their competitors landingpages.

What i like most is the workspace feature and the integrations. With the workspaces we are able to invite our clients and with the slack integration we could centralize the alerts in the team without annoying everyone with custom alerts.

There are some problems here and there and sometimes we get alerts that seem not to be true, but its still full five tacos for me, cause its one of the tools from AS that we really use heavily.

Support is fine i think (just had 1 ticket in 2 years) and they are delivering regular updates.
