Q: 1.
If we want to delete contacts, can we save it?
2. Can we reupload the contact and send the broadcast to them again?

You can export your contact data, but once you delete the contact from Rocketbots you won't be able to message or broadcast to them until they message you again.
Unfortunately, this is a limitation that has been created by Facebook, LINE, WeChat and our other channel partners.

So, I want to make sure:
1. Before we delete, can we export the contacts?
2. There is no re-upload of the contacts?
3. How agency and big companies follow up on their customer if you limit us per contacts? Because even in your regular plan, you also restrict us with how many contacts we have.
4. Even if I stack to 9codes, and I reach 45.000 contacts in the future, the only possibility is delete the contacts?
I actually already see this deals since the first day, but havent buy because of this. Is there any solutions? Because for me every customer data is priceless.
Thanks for the additional questions.
You can export the contact field values you collect to csv or to another platform via Zapier.
Messaging app contacts do not work like email contacts. Messaging app companies create certain limitations. One of these limitations is that someone can only become a contact in a platform like ours if they message you first. Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat etc do not allow us to "import" contacts then send them the first message. But perhaps they will create this capability in the future.
We cannot offer unlimited contacts because we need to ensure that the price we charge does not exceed the cost of storing and actioning on your data as well as building new features. The amount of contacts in your account is the best measure of this.
You can actually stack more than 9 codes, you just can't buy more than 9 codes from AppSumo at a time. If you check out multiple times you can buy 9 codes each time and stack as many codes as you want.
We understand that the value of a CRM is storing contact data. That is why we charge per contact to ensure that we can fulfill the customers' requirement to store contact data for the number of contacts they need.
Hope that helps 😄
