Q: Hello, 1.

Will you continue updating the Website Widget? The screenshot on your help doc shows a very basic chat box, nowhere to add attachment or feedback survey/collect emails.
2. You mention a white label option to some other questions. Is this the same as No Rocketbot logo in the chat widget? It seems you are planning this for a reseller tier? Do you have any ideas how this will work for Sumolings wanting no branding? Do we lose our lifetime access?
3. Are contacts separate by Spaces? i.e. I manage several FB pages. I don't want the contacts to all go into one list with no way to tell who is which company's customers..

A: Thanks for the well-structured questions, appreciate it.

We'll continue updating our Web Widget in response to our feature requests. Attachments are on our to do but you can already create a survey to collect emails using automation you set up in the platform.

We've updated our Web Chat to have removable branding since the deal started.

The White Label Reseller Package is not part of the deal, however, you can use or Web Chat without branding.

Yes, each space has it's own channels connected so you can separate your channels by brand or similar.
