Q: Hi, does this integrate usefully with activechat?
And can my contacts on my fbook profile be on my crm 5/10000 contacts, and communicated with using this? Thanks

Facebook doesn't allow connecting to personal profiles, just Facebook pages. Anyone who chats to your Facebook page can be your CRM contact.
