Excellent products but limited by contacts

Have been using pretty while and it was good

Easy to set up, although, for WhatsApp, we need a business account to use the features. This was not limited by rocketbots but by WhatsApp itself.

I was hoping it was limited by unique users per month, not contacts.

Other than that, this is a good and polished product

Not giving what they promised

They just released white label feature but strangely only for pro plan, not business plan that is covered by appsumo while it states clearly all future updates are included.

Excelent

It is my first deal here in AppSumo, and I am really grateful to have done it. Rocketbots is a really cool software in which I can concentrate all the conversations of all my different social media such as FB or WhatsApp in 1 place. It is really great and I am just getting the gist out of it!

Walks Talk

Was wondering why my FB messages were not coming through. My fault for confusing myself between FB personal and business page. To my surprise, support chat came through and problem was resolved almost instantly.

Real life application of how to use chat properly. This must be the fastest response time I received. And I am in Australia.

Disappointed not to have GDPR resolved.

They believe we using their software and are the data controllers.

The below link I think shows that Rocketbots are controllers and not us.

So does Rocketbots have an individual database for each of its clients or is it all stored in one database i.e. joint controller.

I can’t see how we are the only controller when we are not deciding what personal data is being collected as only Rocketbots do.

We don’t have complete autonomy of how the data is processed as Rocketbots decide how it is processed.

If Rocketbots were only a processor we would be able to decide when the data was deleted and how long it was retained. We don't have that control.

And as a controller surely we would be able to access the raw data as Rocketbots are collecting it on our behalf, but for some reason, we are not able to see that data, surely this alone makes them controllers of data.
