I was suppose to wait for the webinar before I decide to buy this unified inbox but I got tired of seeing my response time on my facebook page slide because of my not so responsive chatbot.

To my surprise after sending a test broadcast (to myself), I received 11 more messages from different people in the next few minutes! woah that was insane!! usually people do not respond but they responded to a "real life person"!!

I agree with the founder saying, automations can only get you so far in business, it all boils down to personalized and humanized service which sadly a lot of businesses are in that current state as it is. Yes we all need some automation, but sadly, communication still needs that human touch.

Great product, totally sold on it! 4 cruncy tacos because of the rocket results minutes after I sent a test broadcast. There is just one flaw so read on.

Things to improve on:
* Website widget needs some more customizations (i like continually with that easy workflow and catchy gifs)
* Sadly Email is still something a lot of businesses are still using quite extensively so handling of email would be a nice add on, since we are talking about unified communications platform (maybe later you can add integration to Asterisk or 3CX??)
* Smart auto-responses needs to be toned down at 50% confidence, it just autoresponds the same words over and over and over! so i turned it off in the meantime.
* Contacts is limited because if you connect several pages and the same person makes contact for each page. That person is counted as one for each page so meaning if you have 20 pages contacted by 1 guy, that already eats up 20 contacts! just imagine the multiplier effect. Workaround is to manually delete that person multiple times! Its a tedious task. I hope they implement it like assigning a unique ID for that person so he/she is not counted as a different person contacting the different facebook pages.
