I really have mixed feeling about this.
I love the idea, I love the tools but the platform can be improved further, especially on the execution side of things.
I'm very disappointed with the execution, it's painfully slow to load even a small video and the video editing in general is very slow. cutting the video is a painful process that needs to be addressed. I end up using an external tool to do the cutting as your tool is currently not ideal. By limiting users to so many edits/video per month, you should really have plenty of resources to deal with the requested processes but it is not the case. It really feels at the moment just like any free editing platform with poor dedicated resources.
My pc processes my high resolution and much longer videos much faster. Being on a cloud is expected to have much more resources to handle processing from multiple users.
To top it up, I couldn't find a dedicated support link, and when I've tried to use the chat option, the chat box just goes blank with no ability to insert a message.
I know we had a pretty good deal with life time access at $49 but to be honest as it is, that is all it is worth, I would never pay a monthly fee for such a sluggish platform. I'm just thinking of your monthly paying customers because as it is I would be surprised that they would stay.
Sorry I have been a bit harsh, I don't wish to get a refund as I'm sure you guys will make it this platform more usable, to complement the amazing tools that you already have. Do you have any plans to add more resources to the platform?
