Jivochat is simple and powerful solution for omnichannel chat with clients, right out-of-the-box. It took me almost no time to get use to it. I can easily set up and connect with clients, across all the channels they are using. From email, Facebook, Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, even phone - you name it.

The UI is clean and simple, showing the necessary items when you need. But simplicity does not mean less functions. The features offered by Jivochat are much richer than I first imagine. For example, the CRM alone is quite features-proof. I was taken from one surprise to another.

All in all, I love those solutions which look simple yet surprisingly powerful like Jivochat. And no surprise it's becoming a loved solution, for me and maybe for many.
